10 second exposure with wind and flash.   Perhaps my favorite technique 'thing" is to blend elements of still photography and "motion" pictures in a single frame.  Flash allows for a freeze, while the extended exposure gives the sense of movement.   (Long exposure was beginning to add digital noise, but I think it works in this frame.)
